Not everyone finds love at first fit but our team is here to help find the best outfit for you.

How to return  

For Local Orders:  Simply request a return via email and have the item(s) delivered to us within 4 business days from the date of delivery.  

Pre arranged Drop off returns can be done during hours of Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. with the mandatory order receipt number in order for the return to be successful (with original return policy deadline applied).

For International Orders: Request a return via email and ship back the items within 14 business days from date of delivery and provide an email with the tracking number.

We highly advise that you use your local postal service to mail the package and provide us with the tracking number. We will not be responsible for any lost packages.

Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not accept the return. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.



All sales are NOT subject to a refund.

In some cases, store credit may be issued.

Returns must be confirmed.

For returns please contact us via Email, Phone, Or Message.

Any return sent to The Dressing Room without confirmation will not be processed and will be retuned to sender.

Returns must be shipped within 7 days of confirmation.

No store credit is issued after 7 days. (Absolutely no returns for special orders.)

No returns on clearance / Sale Items.

$75.00 charge for any returned checks.

Claims for any damage must be made within 2 days upon receipt of merchandise.

All items returned for credit must be in the original packaging with all parts included.

We do not provide return labels.


The Dressing Room Team has the right to reject any items requested for return item or exchange based upon the discretion of The Dressing Room team based upon the guidelines of the return policy.

Return packages will only be eligible for a refund if they meet the following criteria: 

  • All return packages must be received within 4 and 14 business days from date of delivery, based on your location.
  • All items must have the original tags attached.
  • All items must be in good, unworn condition- no stains, rips, foul odors, etc.
  • Price adjustments will not be done for items with a reduced price.
  • Shipping Fee is not refundable.
  • We only provide prepaid return labels for items that were originally sent to you: in the wrong size, are damaged, or wrong style. 
  • We don't provide shipping label at the moment.
  • Return of swimsuits can only be accepted if the Hygienic Plastic cover is in place. 
  • Undergarments can NOT be returned
  • Sale items can only be returned for store credit or Exchange, No refund.

Refunds will be made in the same way as the original payment method (such as onto a debit/credit card account, PayPal, store credit or a combination of the two). You will receive a receipt confirmation via email once your returned package is processed. Refund time for credit/debit card payments varies depending on your bank. PayPal refunds are instant.

Store Credit 

Store credit can only be used in our online store and cannot refund as cash.

Free Exchanges

We can replace your current item with a different size, color, or an entirely different design within 14  business days. Please mail the item back to us and we will process the exchange with no restocking fee and FREE shipping back to you. *Some fees may apply based on the price of the replacement item. 

No discounts applied for exchanges.

Restocking fees may apply on exchanges or returns. 

Final sale items can NOT be exchange.

We only allow for one exchange per order. 

We only allow for one exchange and/or return action per order. It is to the discretion of the Dressing Room team, if they offer store credit requests. 

We do not offer return labels for exchanges.

We don't do free exchange for international orders.
